Like the F-150, this new Super Duty will use an aluminum body, and will also probably pack 6.2-liter gasoline and 6.7-liter PowerStoke diesel V8s.
More of the car is supposed to be revealed tonight when the official embargo drops. Until then, what do we think?

I seriously hope they're gonna have 1,000 ft-lbs of torque.
Put Dodge/Ram/whatever they call themselves away for good (at least for a year or 2) in the "most torque" department.
And maybe just jump up to 35,000 lbs of towing.
Cuz why not?
They're already at about 31,000 ....

You can't go much more towing capacity before you start running the risk of being overweight on axles.
I don't care much for the grille and headlights, but the rest of it looks like an F150, and I'm okay with that.

There’s a freaking panoramic sunroof on this thing!
Ford’s also promising that the driveline, axles, 4WD system and towing hardware have all been further robustificated with even more manliness for 2017 as well, but no specifics on that yet.
The 6.7 Power Stroke V8 diesel, which was updated last year, will be the engine to get. Though the 6.2 gas V8 you might remember from the last Raptor off-road F-150 will still be available. So too will the 6.8 gas V10, probably because U-Haul begged for it, or maybe to be a candidate for a natural gas conversion in the future.
