Urethane motor mounts vs rubber

Looking for opinions on Urethane motor mounts vs rubber. My motor is currently out of the car and getting built and it looks like my factory motor mounts are shot. I was thinking about gettin urethane but not sure if the adeded cabin vibes would be worth it. What do you guys think urethane or stick with rubber?

Whenever I've changed motor mounts in any of the stangs I've always gone back with urethane mounts. Even if the rubber mounts were new. It's probably a bigger deal in the s197 because the remote mounted shifter doesn't move with the engine when it torques and twists causing missed shifts. But in a fox or sn95 I'd still go urethane while I'm in there.
