They were the 2nd thing I put on my fox (after exhaust) and the increased stiffness and rigidity was noticed immediately! The whole car feels more solid now and they even helped quiet down the squeaks and noises. Looking back I should have got the full length ones from somewhere like Steeda or Maximum Motorsports rather than the swap-meet 50 buck ones I have now, but they still do the job!

I am running Kenny Brown ones and I love them. I wish I had gotten the whole extreme matrix kit. I have heard nothing but good things about the Maximum Motorsports full lenghts and on my GT i had a set from www.partshopper.com that worked great. Defintely a first mod for any mustang.

Do they need to be welded or just bolted?

I have the KB subs as well as the full matrix bracing. I can honestly say it is one of the best uses of money I have spent on my car!

Scott, one day you'll have to ride in my car!
