Ok, I was aware of this when I bought the car (he told me) and gave me $200 to fix it. I've been asking around and everyone's said it's a sensor problem... When I drive for more and 30 mintues going 50+mph the light comes on for the raidator saying it's low on fliud. But it's lying! I've stopped the car on the side of the road and checked it and it's A-Ok! Rescently, all I've been doing is stopping at a redlight/stop sign and turning the sexy beast off then on again and the light is gone for awhile...

ANyone have any suggestions? or do I just need a new sensor then call it a day?

Sounds like a bad sensor to me.

I think its a bad sensor as well. When I had to pull the drivers side head off my 2000gt, once i got everything back together, my coolant light never went off, but yet like yours, it was always full of coolant. I never figured it out and ended up trading the car in.

I might just grap a new raidator from a yard and replace it... might help things out a bit...
