Will the SCT i had on my 08 GT work on a 03 GT?

 

Yes it will, return the car to the stock tune before you change cars though, or the SCT will be locked to that car.

 

Thanks. Im trying to sell it and a guy with an 03 was interested. I did turn it back to stock before i traded it. It was from Brenspeed and is an X3 so it will not work on my '11. It has the sct canned tunes and 3 Brenspeed tunes. How many more can it hold?

 

The tunes will not be any good for your 11, or and 03 for that matter.
The xcal 3 should work with the 11 but you will need to get new tunes.

Depending on when it was made it is considered a 3015 version and holds pre-loaded tunes and only 3 custom tunes.

and yes your X3 can tune a 2011 with the tune revision file update.
they post up a new version of your tune software adding the new vehicle.

that tune revision latest 1.3.7 has support for the 2011 gt.

 

Mine is the 3000. SCT said i could not use this on the 2011. I need to buy a new one.

 

ahh must have been built after 7/25/08 sorry bro, the ones built before are able to update to the new revision.
