led halo lights

has anyone installed led halo lights on a GT, I have an 04 and can't seem to get the led lights to work

I have a 2005, but wiring is wiring. It should be pretty straight forward...one wire for power, and one wire for ground.

Can you give more info on your setup? How do you have them connected? What wires are you tapping into?

I tapped into the turn signal lights the turn signal plug has 3 wires green brown and black I test them and the green and black both had power to them so I used the green and brown as my power supply
the head lights work but the led and halos do nothing
the halo led has 4 wires coming out of it 2 red 2 black I wired red to red and black to black then spliced them into the turn signals
now this set of leds have a balest on the back with red and black wires coming out of both sides one side was all taped up didn't use those wires but the other side was the 2 that I spliced into turn signal

I'm a little confused by the ballast wiring. That seems unnecessary. Can you post pictures of it? Or link to the headlights? It sounds like you're installing new headlights with halos in them, no?

There's a whole lot going on there. I'm still not clear what ballast you're referring to.

But essentially every red wire coming out of that housing needs to get combined into one then spliced into the power wire for the parking lights or turn signal, and all the black wires need to be combined and spliced into the turn/parking lights ground.

Double check that you are connected to the proper power wire. Your halos shouldn't blink like your turn signal (unless you really want that). Also double check that your connections are good...I've used those connectors for mine, and finally got fed up with them flickering and being unpredictable. Not to mention solder and heat shrink looks much neater.

You can also just connect them to a battery, instead of a turn signal, just to make sure that they work. This way you'll also find out what wires are controlling which halos.
