Needs to be more Astony
if you are going to get a SC then a 4.10 might not be nessesary and you might want to go 3.73 instead. not that you can't do both but depends on what you ned thec ar to do i guess

2001 Bullitt came with 3.27.
If you go S/C I'd stay with 3.27 or up to 3.55 for overall driveability. If staying N/A I'd go with 4.10's. I have a brand new 4.10 gear set in my basement . . . . not sure if I am going to stay N/A or go S/C. Better to be safe than sorry!

Thanks for that Jason, because I honestly did not know :P
That being said, I think the 3.27s are just barely adequate. They are plenty good enough for daily driver, but I would like 3.73s in the future. But also keep in mind that I want to keep my car N/A
If you supercharge the car, you will be just fine with the the 3.27. I know I would :P

I didn't think that anyone goes that high(low, depending on how you look at it) for the gears as 4.10's. I've read that those are more plentiful in automatics, I don't know why there would be a difference though...

Theres loads of cars running 4.10s, though generally theyre more city cruisers/weekend racers, as opposed to anything that ever has to put on any serious miles on the highway.

I've got the Cobra 3.55 in mine with the Vortech and it's a good combo. I'm with Arin, you go with 4.10 and you might need tires quicker than gas. I plus sized my tires to give me a little more rubber on the ground and it seems like a good combination with the SC and 3.55.
