Smile First drive in 2+ months

I got sick of the lack of snow. Went to the DMV today and had new plates issued. Murray is back on the road. Went for a quick spin around the block to 'remind' me. Ended up going to work, get there and not 10 minutes later I look out of the doors and its bloody snowing.
This is the first time out of the garage since I surrended my plates in at the end of October and I loved every minute. The new throttle body has given it plenty more grunt at all revs, the headlights and spoiler look the BUSINESS and as for the shifter.... well... If you dont replace that crappy stock shifter you dont know what you are missing.
EVERYBODY was staring at the headlights on the way home tonight, cant understand why I have 18 lights on the front of my car, looks mean (like a tiger my friend said).
So so so missed that acceleration and even if it was cold today I still had my windows down as I drove through town (STINGERS). Everyone in work was happy to see "The Mustang" back outside.
Ordered my custom plates as well. By popularity on the forum I ended up going with 'TRICKYGT'. Why not huh?
But I have not finished yet, I get home and in my porch is a large brown box containing my new H pipe from Mustang Racing Technologies!
Well enough of my rambling. I have been smiling all day, will continue to smile until I go to sleep, and will awaken horrified to see that horrible white stuff on the ground. Just wanted you all to know.

Yep, the white stuff is a falling. Tires I have wont let me drive in ANY snow, even if it only tiny flakes a falling it will still spin me a round. At least I got out for one day. Besides my Escort has a handbrake. he he

Glad I got my one day. We are officially buried in snow. I have shoveled twice, the plow has been down once and I will need to go back out and dig away again before I set off for work.

Lucky you. I wish we had some snow this winter.
We had one bad snowstorm which lasted few hours and that's it.

I had the same deal. I bought my cobra in dec. after about 2-3 weeks of just moving in and out of the garage I finally went to dmv and just got plates and took it for a drive. **** i glad i did its been so nice out lately, i find myself driving it every other day if its dry out. I cant control myself.

In the last 2 days all the snow has melted and now its raining. I could take Murray out for a spin if I could get the rear control arms loose and my springs fitted. Welcome aboard uniquediecasts!
