I agree 100% on the shifter, getting an MGW sometime soon. Also I think I need a new clutch quadrant or somthing, I hate the clutch on this, doesn't disengage until the floor almost, I tried doing the self adjustment that ford says but it doesn't help. Need to do somthing to get the clutch engagment point much higher. I can't keep it stock but I will be keeping all the stock parts. So far I have done a couple things for free. Took off the pulley cover, air silencer and the hood blanket. :) |
clutch quadrant, adjuster, and cable kits are apparently a glorious replacement, and aren't too much $$

I could give a lot of advise about your cobra but the best online resource if you own a cobra is SVTP. Honestly you don't have to even ask questions, just search threads. Just about every issue and upgrade has been covered over there.

Yep, I am a member there and use it as a resource, the Mustang Source is like my "home" of mustang forums so I am more active here with all the great members.

Wow! I didn't realize the blower was that loud stock. I've seen tons of modded Termis on youtube sound like that but I thought it was due to mods.
