1994 Mustang Transmission swap HELP
 

So for the last couple years I have been collecting the parts necessary to complete this frankenstein swap. It was originally a 1994 automatic 5.0, I took the 5.0 out and put in an S281 motor, and swapped from the auto to a T5 from a 2002 GT. The problem I'm running in to right now is I can not find a transmission cross member and transmission mount that will fit. Has anyone done a swap like this that can point me in the right direction for a solid cross member and transmission mount?

If you haven't already, I'd reach out to Maximum Motorsports. I think they should be able to give you an idea if the mounts were in the same place. If they are, you should be ok just picking up a transmission crossmember for a 96-00.

Also, not sure if it matters, but 2002 GT's had a Tremec-3650, not a T5. Might have a different mount, because if memory serves it was a bit heavier than a T5. I'm pretty sure the V6 was still running the T5, though, so maybe that's what the tranny came from? :dunno:
