01 3.8l unique misfire

So I've got a misfire on cylinder 5 and I've been through spark plugs, wires and an ignition coil. I have no codes other than a misfire on cylinder 5. I've checked the injector and I have no idea what else it could be. The misfire comes up about 90% of the time and is sometimes not there at all, I got cut off today and found out if I brake hard through a gear such as going from 2nd down to 1st it goes away and doesn't come back until I start the car again. Please let me know if you've had the same issue and your opinion on what it could be.

I had a similar problem in my 2000 in 2010. Turned out that the pigtail going to the crank position sensors had worn through the insulation and was causing the misfire.

Good luck
