I am trying to find a link or links to companies who produce an interior trunk lid mat like the one in the photo below.

Thank you for your help. :headbob:

They come from someone on e-bay, but I'm not sure where. I need one myself.

garyb900 7/8/06 07:31 PM

This is where I got mine,

They used to have pictures but I think they got in trouble showing the actual pony logo so you'll probably have to email them to see if they can still make those. I got mine a while back and it has the running pony on it.

Thank you for the response, I will email them to see if they still sell them.

Bob ;)

No problem. Hope they can still do it for you. It really helps dress up that bare metal trunk interior.

WarBird69 7/9/06 06:18 PM

And $300+ for a piece of tube and a cone filter isnt? Or, how about $200+ for a piece of plastic to bolt under the front bumper?

Yep, its retarded all right, but as long as people will pay...

I received a reply today, here it is;

"Raised Pony Starts at 80.00
Sunk Mirror 105.00
Sunk Plexi Car color if we have the color in stock is 125.00 if we have to get the color would be paint cost which runs 22.00 to 40.00.

This will give you an idea."

I have attached the designs they sent with the email below.

Ford cracked down on the use of their copyrighted logo. It even stopped production at MGW for some time.

granddesignmat@aol.com

See the attached images

From a previous email (7/10):

"The pony is Clear Plexi Glass that is painted to match the car. Clear coated and buffed. We have a few FORD colors but no new 06 or 07 so we would have to have it matched. When we have the paint matched and its enough to paint a horse it cost anywhere from 22.50 to 43.50 on the paint and we pass this on.

Ex. Screaming yellow runs 42.00 , Torch Red cost around 29.00, Legend Lime is around 38.00. You have the New Ford Orange I guess and it would be in the yellow family so the paint guys would charge us in the 30's to low 40's for this color."
