Shaker 500 system

Hey so last weekend i bought a 2009 mustang and it has the shaker 500 audio system in it.. The right door speaker has an annoying rattle and looking to maybe get that fixed? Does anyone know what i would be looking at to fix that price wise? For whatever reason, i couldn't find anything about it really..

Thanks

There is a TSB for that. It involves putting some dampening tape under the window control switch plate, and that fixed mine.

TSB=Technical Service Bulletin, a "fix" for a recognized issue sent out by Ford. Here's a site with some links:

Definitely bring it in to your dealer and speak with your service manager, Fear. He/she is in the best position to let you know if there is work needed, and about coverage you may have for it (warranty, recall, etc.).

Also, remember repairs done at a Ford Dealer, comes with a 24 months/unlimited miles warranty. Let me know the outcome.

Is that all repairs, or just TSB work?

It’s for most repairs, ARBO. You can get more info here.
