It all depends on the marks. The satin finish is a "bright dip" anodize, which is done after media blasting the part. If the mark is just on the top of the anodize, a good polish (3M micro, or maybe finesse-it polishing compound) should take care of you. If the mark is more of a scratch, the depth will determine what can (or can't) be done. If it goes into the media blast and actually scratched below that, the only way to fix it is through refinishing (ie strip and rework). If it isn't that deep, then I'd try the polish route to see what can come of it. The anodizing, while more durable and protective than bare aluminum, can be still be scratched.
