Rattling light switch - how to remove

my headlight switch buzzes and rattles all the time. i know its that because as soon as i put my finger on the dial and put a slight bit of pressure the buzzing stops. how do i remove the **** thing?

1. Remove the instrument panel side finish panel.
2. NOTE: The headlamp switch is removed by pushing from behind.
Remove the headlamp switch.
