Guilio is the MAN! 
I sent mine out last Thursday, just put them back on ten minutes ago. They went on easier then coming off
They came out great, got the Tri bar pony on mine. I suggest everyone go thru Guilio to have them done

Yours look to be about as wrinkled as mine ... any ideas how to smooth the embroidery out? I haven't been able to make it lay smooth yet.

They are wrinkled a bit, but have become less so with the heat here in FL. I see how they look again tomorrow morning, to late tonight to crawl into the garage. I remember someone suggesting that heat will cause the head rest. to stretch some and the wrinkles will disappear over time.

If you haven't done so, I'd love them posted at my site, too. Just go to your tracking page with your SO# to add a pic. The website will automagically resize it for you. http://www.headrestembroidery.com/track
The wrinkles should come out fairly quickly. They are from shipping.
I've done a few red covers so far, they look great too. You should outline in black for contrast.
I've also done some cloth. They look every bit as good.
The colors are usually a close match. The threads have a sheen to them. So depending on the light situation, they appear darker or lighter, matching a wide range. But we can also custom order threads to truly match anything. Each custom color ads $30 and 2 days to the order.
The designs are true centered, not visually. So yes the tribar design does appear to be off to one side. If i remember right, by 1/4". We're working on that as it bothers me, too. I like things ppeerrfeecctt.
The puckering is from embroidering. The material is not actually real leather. It's not even the naugahyde (spelling?). It's like a foam backed faux leather. Since it's pretty thick, and the stitches pull the front and back, the puckering occurrs. It looks like an embossed logo.
Time and heat should do the trick to relax the material. But even if not... I don't think it would be such an issue. It just looks embossed, right - it's not that the design is distorted or the material is warped?
OH BTW big news guys and girls. I'm in the middle of building a live preview widget. So you can now pick your design and colors and click "preview". The web page will replace the legend graphic with an image of your chosen design in your chosen colors. I'm so psyched I can't wait to release it!!

I actually like the indented effect Giulio, it makes it look better imho
It's just the waviness in the bars that concern me. So far people are saying they should straighten after a bit, but there aren't photos backing that up
I'm curious if it would be possible to add a layer of stiff interfacing of some type to the back of the headrest, and then embroider through both layers so as to make the final product less susceptable to the "bunched up" look?
