Hmm alright those look pretty nice too good ideas..
On a seperate note, i like the way the subs in op light up (cheesy ik) but its the way i am i guess and can the amp handle the subs? I don't understand how to know whether a amp can put out maximum efficiency for the subs or if it doesnt have enough power.. |
2 Attachment(s)
Going by what I found on the internet the sub box is wired in a 4 ohm which means the amp will only deliver 250 watts @ 4 ohms.
|
Is it no feasible to wire it to 2 ohms? Maybe im wrong but i thought they had a high/low wiring option and i could just rewire it for 2 ohms and then get 1100 Watts
|
That really depends on what ohms the subs are and whether they are single or dual voice coil but I didn't see that in the description
|
boss and dual are absolute ****. DO NOT buy that

If I were you I would look around on crutchfield.com and sonicelectronix.com. Quality brands are Alpine, MTX, Rockford Fosgate, Infinity, MB quart, Polk, Pioneer, ect |
I was always taught to look at the fuse size and add a 0 for true wattage haha say it has 1 15 amp fuse it like a 150 or say it has two 20 amp fuses it's like a 400. Is that somewhat correct?
|
I'm not sure what your budget is, but here are a couple subs that wont break the bank, but will hold up and sound good. You can usually find them on amazon cheaper than the dealer websites.

I have a 600W mono amp with 3 20A fuses and the a large about 1000W 4channel with 4 40A fuses. So I think thats fairly accurate |

Ive heard this too, I have no idea to the merit of it though or the actual size to watts scale haha. But, Its definately true that the larger size and number of fuses means more true wattage
