Not trying to speak for Alex but it looks like the 68 stick on script available from most of the venders. That's the one I used on my engine cover. Looks great Alex!

Thanks for the compliments all, appreciate it. I got it at Mustang Plus for $10.95. Great site and great folks. They are set up to ship UPS only, but I contacted them about mailing stuff to my APO address (military overseas). I ordered about 6 things and Jim Young made a special trip to the US Post Office and mailed my stuff to me. Real nice guy.

Oh yeah, and you're right Hellcat, it's the fender script used in 1968.

Don't know if anyone is still following this thread or not, but how is the script put on the dash? Looked so good I followed your link and bought one myself...I just got it today and it's got the pins on the back. I am assuming that the pins were cut off...

Thanks!

Yep, Dremel is your friend. I didn't know it had the pins either when I bought them. But not a problem. Just cut off the pins with a Dremel or similar tool and then I super glued the cut off pins to the back of the emblem where I used the double sided tape. This gave me a semi-flat surface to the tape. Probably don't need to glue the pins in the back, but I did for the heck of it. I then put 3M tape where I wanted it and trimmed it with an Xacto knife. Hope this helps...

Or........you all can save yourselves the work and buy the same script with no pins and the 3m tape already applied. Got mine from Mustangs Unlimited but there's lots of places out there with them.

Just a thought.....much easier.

Same emblem I put on my dash. Its the 68 style - I put mine right between the two vents since I don't have the IUP.

It was my first mod the week after I got her in 04.

I put this one on with double sided mount tape. It's a glovebox emblem from 65-66.

Way cool. I did the same thing, but put the tri-bar glove box emblem a little lower and to the right.

As for the 1968 script fender lettering, I got two and right now placed them behind the two rear seats in view from the rear window. They are only velcro-ed there for now.

Looks great! Love the Mustang script. I've considered blacking one out and placing on the satin alumnium part... but not sure how it would look.
