This is how I mounted my radar so I didnt have to take it on and off the windshield all the time.

That's funny. I was just looking for one of those today.
That one looks SOOO much better than any of the ones I found.
I'm afraid to ask how much though... oh OK. How much?

Great product and perfect fit. $34.95

NOLAGT 5/18/06 07:19 AM

Yeah guys sorry bout that...I put .com and its .net

So Graypny you got the exact same thing for 35 bucks? I looked all over when I ordered my wifes (aramda) and the prices were pretty much the same.

GRAYPNY 5/18/06 06:39 PM

No I didn't get the same one as you for $35. It is similar but not the same and their website (Canvas Works) really bites so you can't see a picture of it.

StangNut 5/19/06 06:40 AM

Any pics of yours, Rich.
How would you compare it to Mark's?

this is to Rich "GRAYPNY"

The things I do for you guys!

I would have to say that the other one looks to be nicer but I like this one fine and it's another option for you. It has been rolled up for a few months and hasn't relaxed so it might look like it doesn't fit that great. It rained here today so that's why my car looks wet. It is!

StangNut 5/20/06 11:56 PM

Thanks for the pics, Rich. I think I'll spend the extra money and go with the other one though.
Nice MCA sticker, BTW. :nice:

NOLAGT 5/22/06 07:30 AM

After a few days of use I really like how easy this one is to put up. Those others probably block as much heat as mine but the ease of setting mine up is worth the extra $ I think. Thanks for posting pics!

evilernie 5/22/06 01:09 PM

I got a generic one from Autozone for $8 and it fits great. Sorry, no pics though.

StangNut 5/22/06 02:17 PM

Yeah, I picked up one of those also just to see how bad they were... I'll be getting one Like Mark has. There's no way I could put up with that Autozone shade. :bad:

Boltzman 5/26/06 09:51 PM

:nana: I use a car cover

StangNut 5/26/06 10:08 PM

Have one of those also, just don't like to use it when the car isn't perfectly clean. :-D
