08 overhead console question

I have seen that the overhead console (with the overhead lights) on the 08's have what looks like miniature speakers on opposite ends of the ribbed trim piece. I don't have a picture, but I was hoping that someone with an 08 could tell me what that is for?

Motion sensors for the alarm is what I think your talking about. I have what your describing in my '05.
