Who has a GT500 spoiler from The Spoiler Store?

I was curious as to who here has these on their cars and how they are holding up over time?

I purchased one in early 2008 for my GT and was amazed at how well the paint matched and it fir on the car.

Fast forward to last November/December when all of a sudden it developed what can best be described as "air bubbles" under the clear coat (but above the paint). These appeared at different pats of the spoiler but at the same time and the clear coat as slowly peeled/flaked off. Granted the spoiler painted only cost me $100 or so, so I guess I get what I paid for, just so weird how it was fine for 3 years and then this happened.

Has this happened to anyone else, or am I just lucky?

No problems here but I have only had it for 6 months or so, I'd be glade if it last 3 years it's only $109 painted I wouldnt expect it to be the very best for that price

I've had mine for over 6 months now, and I noticed this past weekend the right side has two chips out of the paint. Really frustrating, but you're right, I probably got my worth out of it. As for the chips, I don't know if it's paint defects or something got dropped on it

Had mine a year with no issues. Keep it sealed and waxed, hopefully it holds up.

Anyone have a link for this? I am looking at the GT500 spoiler and think I might have to bite on this. Thanks!

I've had mine for about 2.5 years with no problems. My Stang is a garage queen tho... gets driven a couple 3 to 4 times a month.

Had mine a number of years. I did get an air bubble as you described. Eventually, the clear coat over the bubble cracked and peeled off.

I'm going to be buying one of these very soon. Can't wait to get it and see how it looks on my car.
