Yes, you can, but because the tires are "unidirectional" you'll have to take it off the rim and swap it with the one on the opposite side. You'll have to take that one off the rim also.
Just in case: Unidirectional means it's only supposed to turn in one direction. Look closely at the sidewall. There's an indicator telling you which way it turns. Looks like this: >>>

Let me step in here and correct Stangnut if I may. The Pirellis are not directional, you can cross them. What you cant do is what you want to do, and thats make the outside the inside. This is because the tire is aymmetrical. It should say on the tires sidewall, mount this side out,
