Street Scene center fog light grille review

GOT MY GRILLE TODAY!!!! wow it is good quality and fitment. getting the stock one to snap out was a bltch!, but once out, the SS one went in in 3-5minutes and has absolutely perfect fitment.
the sides of the fog lights line up PERFECTLY with my center stripe, OMFG it looks orgasmic.
MCD gets a HUGE A+ on this one, and so does SS!

Took a quick spin to a parking lot last night to check and adjust. Driver's side is just a bit high, couldn't lower it because of the tight fit so I brought the passenger side up. Driving to work this morning didn't seem like it was shining high. I guess if I get flashed any time soon I'll know for sure

yes my driver side plug touches the frame...but its not "wedged" there, so i feel confident its ok based on high firmly this grille fits in place. the pass side does not sag lower...i think its the frame of the car that creates that illusion on install. i measured both with a piece of string from the top of the bumper, and they were even

Got mine today so here's acouple of quick shots. Quality is A+ but the right side facing the car does fit very snug. I like it!

Someone refresh my memory. Is this a copy of the GT grille or the V6? In other words what size are the honeybombs? smaller=V6, larger=GT
There's not much of a difference. Hard to tell unless you have them side by side. I was just curious since it would be easier to make the original prototype from the V6 grille.

I would have to say that it it just like the GT OEM grille honeycombs.

I hate to send anyone to another web sight but if you go to 2005stang.com and check out the thread- V6 Street Scene Grille almost ready, you will find pictures of the V6 grille shell test fit.

A couple of installation hints:
1. Make sure that the fogs are totally seated in the housing. You don't want to have to mess with tightening screws once the grille is reinstalled.
2. Make sure that the right (drivers side) is under the metal before you plug in the extension. If you plug it in first it is a pita to get under the metal flange and you might even damage the extension.
