Quarter window louvers
Quarter window louvers
I'm going to put quarter window louvers on my 08 GT/CS. What brands are available....I've checked out Ebay. The roush ones look real good. Does anyone know were I can get the best buy for roush louvers?

here are a few to check out. The SHR's seem to be a favorite.

Bought mine from here: http://www.discountfordaccessories.com/Default.aspx
This is what I found, they look good and are already painted. I have not purchased them as of yet but hope to when I get some cash!

In my biased opinion SHR has the best looking ones out there- they replace the glass rather than being stuck on with tape, you can still see out, they dont hang out over painted surfaces where they can rub(Ive noticed at least one car with roush louvers with little rub marks on the roof at front top corner - might have just been a bad install though)...some stick on ones(roush are removeable) you cant clean the glass very easily.
only drawbacks to SHR is, takes more like 1/2 hour-1 hour to install rather than 30 seconds(not difficult, but youll need the cutter and recommended adhesive AND PROMOTER), and they might cost a few bucks more in the end- but the way I see it 150~400 buck total range out there, as a very visual item on a 20-30000 dollar car, the cost isnt that big of a chunk overall...I really think that with a range of 1/2% to 2% of what you spent for the car, these make probably the biggest bang for the buck visually, followed by wheels/tires at closer to 5-10% of the cost of the car...

Nope - we did a 10.00 price increase back on Jan 1 to cover increased production costs for the year, but other than that, we've held the line on pricing on everything, even with aluminum spiking over 1.00 / lb over the past few months to almost 3.00 / lb in raw form now...
I have a set of Street Scene Gen 1 louvers for sale. Painted Mineral Gray, but could easily be resprayed. Other than the SHR (which I now have) I liked these the best.

SN is off at paint again after a long dry spell, so there will be 2 sets left "available" in a couple weeks that aren't currently spoken for!We might even be lowering the "expected delivery" time soon - not that demand has slowed, but with two painters involved and another person almost full-time in post-cleanup polishing now, we're finally catching up a little bit on the pre-painted sets for everyone. We're currently about 3 weeks behind on any colors, compared to about 8 weeks just two months ago...
Only one way to find out

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I wanted to ask a question. How long did anyone wait to test their install on the SHR louvers? Marcello, I am the guy that has pestered you all week on a louver install.
SHR's level of customer service is fantastic, I have called and spoke with Marcello probably 4 times this week on on a louver install. He was patient and very helpful each time. Oh, and bye the way their products are also great. Their is only a few aftermarket companies I recommend and SHR is one of them.
