Pre-Painted what does it mean.

Hello. Sorry maybe that is stupid question but can anyone explain me what does it mean pre-painted on below link

You have the possibility to mark the color there - I want D3 Torch Red - so what then means pre-painted? What I will have to do with that more. Put clear cote on it???

I ordered my side louvers "pre-painted." They were painted the color of my choice (UA Black), which I selected and they were clearcoated and ready to slap on. This should be the same case. (It also says "pre-painted to factory specifications"):D

If you buy it, you just need to install it. No paint, no clear coat, no wet-sand/buff, etc. Just install it and wax it if you wish.

Thanks for quick answer - just did not know why on one place they are using “painted” once “pre-painted” grrrr. So I was thinking that is different.
