Pic Request...Midwest Auto Strut Tower Covers...
 

Looking for pics of Midwest Auto Gear Strut Tower Covers.....Really looking for those that have used them with a Strut Tower Brace, and would love to see pics of the covers that are made for the STB, but without the STB installed yet.....

Trying to get an idea of how the covers look before the STB is installed.....

It was nice out (finally) so i thought I'd snap off a few shots with the hood up for you. Any questions, feel free to ask. I like the strut caps - no issues. They will work themselves loose from time to time. I think you will have issues with a strut bar underneath them as the snap in flush with clips. You might find some threads with news otherwise, so check around. You might be able to adjust with a dremmel if you're handy. Hope these help, enjoy!

Thanks a ton for going out and snapping some pics. I do appreciate the effort!! They look good.... Here is what I am trying to determine...

MAG makes the covers now that are made to accept a STB. So what I want to do, is go ahead and order the covers, put em on, and do the STB at a later time...So, I am trying to determine how "unsightly" the covers will be without the STB installed...

Which STB do you have? If it's the one from KC the covers won't fit... Yet.

Here are some shots of the MAG caps designed to fit a Strange Development STB. Had some issues with the passenger side cap popping off, but a session with a Dremel tool to expand the size of the hole to accommodate the brace did the trick. I also notice that the weatherstip around my airbox has also popped loose in these photos!:doh:
