Master Mod List: Hoods

What options are there for hoods for your Mustang? The Mustang Source is creating Master Mod Lists to make choosing your mods quick and easy!
  1. Post no more than 2 photos of your aftermarket 2005+ Mustang hood.
  2. Name the manufacturer and/or where you purchased it.
  3. Provide a link or links where the part can be purchased.
  4. Do not post a part that's already listed!
I'll start.

Isn't that the same hood that Twisted already posted?

Twisted posted a Gen 2 venom hood. Look at the differences in the vents and front ram air inlets. Besides, while the flat black looks great on the car, it makes it very difficult to see the curves and shapes details of the hood. I was just trying to add to this thread for those looking at various hood options.

Proglass Mystery 7

Here is the Proglass Mystery 7 hood. It is functional and about 3 inches longer than stock. The grille and headlights have extensions.

This is one of 2 made. It is similar to the Fang hood, but it does not have the notches at the nose of the hood and the headlight extensions are different.

Quality, fit and finish are A+.

Terry Delong made this hood (and the original Fang hoods) and although he has no plans to make any more, you can contact him for more details at 260-302-6454.

I will update the pics when I get the stripes on...

Post #3, but it's not a good picture IMO. He beat me to it, I have a couple of pics I could post.
