That color will be good for the coupe although I don't think the Tungsten Gray stripes will be a good match.
Thanks for posting the pics.

The lack of Black stripes just baffles me. It should be available. This color and the Grays should have black stripes.

First, I like the color.
Secondly, my least favorite part of the S197's is still the full-on rear shot. Looks chunky.
Thirdly, if I decide against the vert I hope I can order the coupe without stripes. I can't see tungsten working on that color.

Yeah, now that you mention, it does look like Screaming Yellow on my screen at work. In fact, I don't see a hint of orange at all now.
(At home, on my laptop, it defintely looked more 'orangey', especially in shadow).

It looks like yellow, but it really depends on the camera and the pixels it takes. These 2 cobras are screaming yellow but they look different because of different camera.
in this pic it sort of looks like orange, but then again, look at how the yellow 03 looks like orange.

SVTstinger,
Where did your picture come from? Is that the same car from the first post? And, where did those wheels come from?
**edit**
Well, I do see they are the same vehicles. I actually like those wheels better.
ps. I can handle the black vents on the hood, but I don't like the truck look to the hood with the deep lines. The line is really pronounced in that yellow picture there.

If you take the second picture and do some color correction on it (note the grass and street are not the same color as in the first pic), you get the same yellow. Hard to tell real world colors without some sort of color calibration.

They're from the same photo album as the original, just change the numbers: 24, 25, 26, 28, 30.

One reason I think blackouts are popular. Breaks up that huge area of one color.
(Edit: OK, thought I was nuts so I replied one more time. Looks like if you reply following yourself the board combines your messages into one reply. This post was actually three separate replies (and an edit))

Actually it's the lighting, not the camera.
