Where is that thread about how you can't supercharge the 05?

That car looks sweet!!! Too bad it doesn't have a functional scoop.

whatever blower it is, looks like its running a big fat pulley.. which would mean probably 6-8lbs tops.

I cant really tell, but it looks like either a paxton or vortech unit, which would be hard to tell since vortech owns both companies now.

Love the S/C but don't like the hood scoop. You can S/C the 05 you just have to keep the boost low unless you go to forged internals.

Hmmm.... Scoop looked over done and non-functional. The rest looked nice. Look, if you're putting a functional shaker, ram air, etc., up there, I'm fine. If you're stuffing something that just gets in the airflow for ego, then I'm not.

The hood scoop probably cools the intake runners. Kind of like a bag of ice on top of your intake as you drive . . .except not as cold . . but you get the idea.

Looks pretty good to me. Can't wait to see finished product.

Looks more like Mad Max's "Last of the V8 Interceptors", which is very cool.

Sendero, The guy on corral.net said it was a Paxton and they list it as a Paxton on mustangracing.com. Here is the link to where the car is. http://www.mustangracing.com/
Hope that helps.
