2007 Saleen

I recently bought an 06’ Saleen. What are your thoughts on an aftermarket exhaust? Or should I keep it stock?

welcome to the forum

first I would check to see if it is "stock" -- I would assume that Saleen probably already modified the exhaust

If a 'stock' Saleen, leave it alone. Especially if low miles and babied. Looks wonderful in the photo. If you must change it, keep the original exhaust for the future sale one day if the car is a low mileage 'collectible'.
How about some details and more photos?? Welcome!!

As posted above, if the exhaust is stock Saleen? I would keep it as is... All of Saleen's exhaust systems are manufactured by Magnaflow... Also, keep in mind that if the exhaust tips are rectangular and located in the center of the rear valance, it may be very difficult to upgrade or convert to an aftermarket exhaust system... I will also need to see pictures of the rear of your Saleen to know for certain along with which model you have... Is this a Saleen S281, S281 SC, H281, H281 DG, Saleen Racecraft 420-S or Saleen Extreme S281E? I cannot really tell by the picture image... Until, we know for certain which model you have, it's going to be difficult to provide any recommendations... In the meantime, welcome aboard!
