as for back stroy well It's kinda a change your underwear moment for the hapless space explorer checking out an old long abandoned (or was it?) space complex. So I'd say he breaking out of a storage area.
It's inspired by Fred Saberhagens Beserker Wars (great read) Basically just robots hell bent on destroying all life.

Chris once you get that tablet you are gonna be unstoppable..you are already killer with a hockey puck!
