Angel Gabriel tattoo
 

Right then. My son is called gabriel, and rather than use his name as a tattoo, i want a depiction of the archangel himself. This is to go on the inside of my right forearm from wrist to elbow.

Can anyone sketch something up? B/w or colour. If i use your design i will paypal $50 to you!

Very true, but i wanted something bespoke, hence the thread.

Except... only Michael (Who is like God) is named as the archangel. Jude 9 And it uses the definite article 'the', denoting only one archangel, not an entire class of angelic beings called archangels.

Gabriel (like an able bodied man) is never described as an archangel in the Holy Scriptures. Dan 8.16,9.21; Luke 1.19&26.
