Hey Hambone and hamidlmt, how easy/hard was it to install the shield around the filter? Any drilling involved?

Chris... I don't work on my cars anymore... being a massage therapist and a musician, if my hands get busted up, I don't work! My installer said it was very easy. I did read the instructions and don't remember anything about drilling. Yup. I'm a wimp lol!

Hambone... looks great! We took almost the exact same shots!

EASY to install the shield. I don't have ABS (anti-lock brake system), so the install only uses the factory bolt from the stock air box.

Actually, I'd almost call it "nearly flimsy"...it has a good bit of give, and was easy to install. No drilling, only the single bolt holding mine in place. They supply some zip-ties to connect it to the ABS if you have that.
