Suspenion suggestions?

My 2006 GT has 120K miles on it and after driving my DD 2013 SHO, I can tell the suspension on it is worn a bit...its a bit sloppy in steering and ride these days.

Anyone have suggestions for an upgrade? Would it be worth it just to replace the various bushings on the car, or should I look into doing a complete upgrade with shocks and springs? The call of a 2015+ GT is strong, but I also don't need 3 car payments either :)

I'm not looking to lower the car, but that would be a side benefit and I'm not replacing the wheels since I have new 18in Conti DWS that where put on it about 6 months before I got my SHO almost 2 years ago.

With 120,000 miles on it I would install some new bushings, and springs. How many miles on the shocks and struts? If they also have 120,000 then I would replace them also. I have a set of Steeda Ultra-Lite springs, with only about 5000 miles on them, I pulled off my car that I am going to sell. If you're interested in them shoot me a PM. If you are going to need new shocks and struts, I highly recommend the Koni Orange series. They are a good bang for the buck.

Depends on what direction you want to go in. Just a dd just replace worn out items with stock. Looking to lower look for new springs and structs. Drag racing or Autocrossing new springs , structs, upper and lower arms, chamber plates. Look at Maxium motorsorts, steeda, and BMR for some of the better parts.

I autocross so I've Koni Yellows, mm camber plates, bmr upper and lower arms, fays 2 watt linkage, x- brace and a mm Rollbar.
