Yes I checked the level and its good and alternator was rebuilt so I don't know what could it be I don't think its the belt

Turning change the noise? My guesses by just listening to the video are 1.) One of those idler pullies are shot. Or 2.) Timing chain tensioner plastic is wore out and your getting chain to metal slide contact. Hard to tell when your not there

As I'm drving it sounds louder but only from 1500 to 2500 rpm every gear I don't know if the gunk cleaner affected it or water but how can you tell of the belt is worn

Might be a bad bearing on one of your pullies. If you have a stethoscope (mechanics not medical) you could pinpoint which one is causing the noise if it IS a pulley.

I had one go on my car but it never sounded that bad.

Which pulley was it

One of the belt pulleys below my blower.

timing tensioner or idler pulley. To find out simply take the serpentine belt off and if it still makes the noise it is likely the timing tensioner. If it goes away turn it off and while it is off You may just be able to tell which it is just by spinning it by hand, maybe even before starting it... If it goes away with the belt off I would simply replace all the pulleys they are not expensive.. My bet is the timing tensioner. That just sounds so much like the links dragging on the timing cover.... Good luck for the other however.
