Skipped the pullies and going straight to a blower, eh Rich?? :poke:

Buck-up and by a blower- polished, of course!

SteelTownStang Oct 7, 2006 03:12 PM

I've read a lot of good things about the Roush.

mastersmech1 Oct 7, 2006 03:14 PM

Vortech!

I was the one guy so far that voted "other"- as in, Paxton. I'm looking to do a centrifugal blower so that daily driveability is relatively unchanged and so I can keep my CDC shaker with ease.

With CDC shaker:

I saw the mod that Brenspeed did on the CDC shaker and it really turned out nice. I wish I had somebody like that close to me but if I did I would probably be in the poor house and divorced.

Got your pm Tom, thanks~

I'm going with a Power House 411 turbo!

codeman94 Oct 7, 2006 07:17 PM

I've heard good things from turbos....

S197 GT Oct 7, 2006 07:45 PM

Kenne Bell 2.6L all the way!

Tom, you don't need to get a centri blower to keep the daily drivability. My Kenne Bell stays out of Boost and drives like stock when ever I want to, but if I nail it, instant max boost!

Do you Want a Warranty and do you want to have your car worked on at the dealership when it has warranty Issues? If so ROUSH is the Best way to Fly! I would say with most other Brands the minute the hood is raised your in deep doo doo at the Dealership for warranty repairs! BTMO!~

LC

true you get the warranty but roush doesnt make the power to justify the cost.

mikem Oct 7, 2006 08:32 PM

LOTS AND LOTS OF NITROUS OXIDE:nice:

SpeedRoush Oct 7, 2006 10:41 PM

Stupid question since I'm no expert :)...do most superchargers only kick in when you put the hammer all the way down?

First of all, I just viewed the poll, and, this is not the best place to be asking your question.
Second, what is your ultimate goal for your car?

Saleen Series VI here......

Note: (A) If you can have it intsalled BY Saleen either in Cally or at Troy in Michigan, it IS covered under warranty.... :nice:
(B) There is a boost bypass and same as mentioned with the KB, at normal cruise you are out of boost so car drives normally. Lean on the pedal hard on hold on!:metal:
