So I started to remove parts like the Whipple supercharger. I removed the intake, coolant crossover pipe, Alternator and it dissembled for powder-coating.
A year or so ago I did the valve covers (powder-coat) and the exhaust manifolds (Jet Hot).
Ya they said it would 2 to 3 weeks, which seems pretty long to me. And the cost was crazy. That's what I get for moving, I don't know anyone around here who does that kind of work in this area.
So the coolant fittings for the inter-cooler were corroded and one was leaking now and then. So I got new fittings to replace the hose clamp type supplied by Whipple. I like these better.
I noticed before I started this that the coolant flow to the inter-cooler was slow.
The inter-cooler fittings on each side of the bottom of the Whipple supercharger entrance and exit fittings.
After flushing the intercooler and the heat exchanger and installing a new pump - Wow what a flow now.
