I used FireFoxPortable that I got from http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable.

and installed DownloadHelper on it from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3006/.

I use the portable one because the installed one crashed my computer.

I use RivaFLVPlayer to play it.
