How to identify JLT CAI and ? about tuners

I just got a ridiculous deal on a real carbon fiber JLT intake in perfect condition. Does anybody know how to tell if it is Series I, II or III?

I am sad that I can't actually use it until I get a tuner ($$$) but I want to plan accordingly. And that leads to my second question:

I have a (AFAIK) stock, except for ebay intake, 2007 GT/CS Vert and am not planning to do any real tracking, just maybe once or twice to say I did. I am also more concerned about getting the best MPG I can most of the time because it is my DD and my commute is almost an hour each way. Currently, I am getting right 23MPG, keeping my right foot gentle. I do occasionally kick it in a bit to get around someone or to humiliate another driver, but those are the exceptions.

So I guess I don't want to lose power (would love some more!) but need better efficiency most of the time. I Seafoam, clean my TB and use nothing but good Chevron/Texaco gas (87). Not planning a cam or gears certainly, but might change muffs.

What is my best tuner for the JLT that might find used for a deal? I have read a lot of SCT stuff and very little about Diablosport. I probably won't need but one tune, maybe two so the cost of that is a factor too.

What do you guys think?

It's probably a JLT II I haven't seen a carbon fiber JLT 3

Makes sense, I had heard the CF ones were hard to find. Thanks.
