How are you getting inspected. What will I need to get done in my tune.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Any shop recommend will be a big help

Do you have cats on there? The cams shouldn't be an issue if it is tuned properly. Is it just an OBD inspection or do they visually check everything?

No cats, just ODB... Looks like cats will need to be put back on, never had this problem in Texas.

I just went through this with my car. If you're up against an OBDII test you'll be fine. A word of caution, the cams sometimes cause the car to throw a P0300 series code (misfires). That can be taken care of by a tuner that's familiar with the issue (I used Bamatunes). Good luck!
