Everything else is stock (including the TC) but I had a set of ET Streets on the 17 bullet rims for the track.
I had only two runs 11.91 and 11.85 and then it rained. Here is video of me killing some turbo rice thingy. http://home.comcast.net/~gtegmeyer/11.8vsevo.mpg |
Turbo rice thingy, way cool! :nice: Thats a Lancer Evolution. Nice kill. And great 60fts for a stock tq converter. Your car is gonna be insane once you drop a tq converter in there and some more suspension mods.

Good ET's have been posted for the Mustang GT on this thread. I still can't understand how my tuner's 05 GTO can do 10.9 at 123 in the quarter mile. His car is ideantial to mine expect for a cam, nitrous and no mufflers or cats. But both of our cars weigh 3740 lbs. while Mustang GT owners have lighter cars (3489 lbs. coupe, 3518 lbs. convertible).
My only guess is that he is probably pushing over 600 HP with that combination. I will try to look for his tread which shows him doing the 10.9 ET and post it if I can find it. It just doesn't make sense to me that a heavy Goat can go that fast. But seeing is believing in this case. Congratulations on your ET's. I know Mustangs have the potential for fast quarter mile times. Keep up the good work. :patriot: |

I see it doing 10.9 but it is still difficult for me to believe because it weighs 3740 lbs. just like my Goat. |

My friends GT500 Vert weighs in at 4202 with him in it and is doing 11.35 with gears, slicks, and a tune so it's not unbelievable. My 05 has in the area of 460-470rwhp est. and is running 11.44 on roadrace suspension and full size front tires. I'm also granny shifting. |

My car works well. But today its like she drunk 10 liters of red bull. one of my run, my speed was 110.880. usualy i'm at 108. I should say that it was around 9°C today. and i was spinning hard in 1/2 shift and 2/3. last week i get a 1.98 60" and make 13.05 with a 1.90 normaly i should run something much faster, but i was spinning hard today.
I'm on the same track as thump_rrr |
