I say good call and no on the control arms. You can wait untill you do the swap to decide if you want to replace the panhard bar

It is not necessary to replace the penhard bar ? |
Some cars need it and some other's do not. It will really depend on what size tires and wheels you go with. My rear end shifted almost 3/4" and it was obvious i need the adj. panhard. It seems that the larger the tires the more obvious it becomes that the adj. panhard bar is needed. I say get it and be done with it.
You do not need lower control arms but you will need lower control arm relocation/anti squat brackets. I suggest CHE for all those needs very good parts and priced well. http://www.cheperformance.com//cartg...sp?category=15 |

If you are going to change the height of the car with lowering springs then you should get an adjustable panhard bar. These cars are sensitive to geometry changes and your alignment will get screwed up. Don't try to save money when working on the suspension. get all the right parts now and you won't have to deal with more problems later on.
