Cam question

S there a good cam to throw in the car that will be good for one day going blown? And I don't want it to be too aggressive I don't need the car to rattle more than it already does

I think that the BBR cams are great, but I depending on how you plan on getting blown, the FRPP cams are my suggestion.

I have BBRs Stage 1 cams.. Roush 2300 gets installed this week. I was told there wouldn't be any issues. Biggest concern I was told had to do with valve overlap (cams) and boost.
