Perhaps even more interesting might, at least for those of us of working man's wages, would be the Pontiac G8 GXP, which does a pretty good job of passing as a half price BMW E39 M5.

You can get a E39 M5 for $35,000 or less. Saw a 2002 M5 for $24,000 the other day.

CTS, one of my favorite GM vehicles :nice: I knew when it fist came out some years ago that it had potential. Let's hope GM survives to see more of it.

I'd love to take the current CTS-V motor and stick it in the older previous CTS body.

For those of you who can't afford one but want one, no worries! If this CTS-V holds value like the former, you'll be able to have one in 2 years for what your Mustang cost, if not less.

We just received two V's at the store I work at (one stick and one slushbox) and from the short time I had behind the wheel, well the only thing I can say is Wheeee!!! And these cars are light years ahead of the previous versions.
