I loved the ones with the spinners on the 05-09's - they are my favorite Mustang OEM wheels - the old school dog dish wheels from way back is my number two pick - three would be the 10-12 polished aluminum base wheels.

Those 04 cobra 10th anniversary wheels were hot.

Also, I constantly see the stock wheels on the reg 03-04 cobras to this day, even on modded cars which would probably put them up on the list.

And lastly a ton of people love the brembo package wheels.

Oh and pony wheels on the fox bodies.

My favorite would probably be the SVTPP wheel on the 11-12 GT500

Love the Saleen 5 spokes for 94-04

the 10th anny cobra wheels are sweet, as are the RTRs and the 2013 GT500 PP wheels, and absolutely love the Brembo wheels for the new cars.

I'll admit though, when they made the Bullit wheels standard on the 99-04 GTs... Good move Ford!
