2013 camaro or 2013 mustang?
 
for those who dont know:

camaro 1ls, 2ls, 1lt and 2lt vs mustang v6 and v6 premium

camaro 1ss and 2ss vs mustang gt and gt premium

camaro zl1 vs mustang gt 500

performance-wise (and overall), which do you like more?

If that was all I had to choose from, Camaro. Better motor for mods. Camaro just has the edge over the GT. I would take a Shelby or Boss over the Camaro any day though. Even a used one. Camaro is still butt ugly but I wanna go fast.

Are you talking about the SS? I thought the GT was faster... Stock for stock.

I'm deciding which one to buy and its a VERY tough choice, I also heard the camaro has more side airbags, is that true for the 2013 models? I know for sure the camaro is safer than the older models at least

Sure about that? I don't like the limitations of the stock 5.0 GT motor. The forged Boss motor is another story.

He's saying theres more to be squeezed out of the LS motor than the Coyote with bolt ons or power adders.

I wouldn't expect anything less from a Tahoe driver. :p

We have two of the best tuners around here. One is mustang only and he is awesome. One guy does LS motors only and he is a GM superman. Sorry guys but these camaros are killing the GTs. Boss and Cobras, no contest.

Neither car is safe. Plain and simple. Lots of power. Light ish. Rwd sports cars. Wrap them around a telephone pole in the rain and you might die. Drive both. Buy the one you like more. Done.

What are you main uses for the car? Daily driver? Weekend car?.

I'm not saying its a bad car or anything like that but stock for stock, I'd bet on the GT. but to the OP, take them both for a test drive and you'll most likely figure out what you like better right away.

If you like to see the oncoming traffic and never have to use those air bags then go with the Mustang. The Camaro would have made a nice bunker for Hitler. Just saying.

If Saddam had one he'd still be alive.

a daily car but once i get one of the two i'll savor it more than the car i have now so hopefully i won't drive it much
