ford rebates and incentives help

ford is offering $1000 on the new 2013 mustangs. I am in the market and looking to buy. can anyone tell me when I can realistically see better rebates or incentives from ford? I think the $1000 current incentive expires in october. should I wait to get the car? would I see better incentives after october and during winter? thanks

Better deals always come the closer you get to the release of the next year. So yes, generally at year end you can get really good deals.

But go to Ford's website right now, and request a brochure for a mustang. I requested one for the Escape, 2013 Fusion and the 2013 Mustang. It's just a 2-3 page booklet, but the mustang one came with an extra $750 ford cash offer. This can be used in addition to any other rebate and price you haggle down to.

Your milage may vary, but hope that helps you get the same deal.

The longer you wait the better ... By the end of this year they should have 0% financing to go with that $1,000 rebate ... or up to $3000 rebate with standard financing. Try to get the $750 coupon to sweeten the deal even more ...

I ordered my car in November 2011 and picked it up in January 2012 ... I got $300 below invoice price + $1,000 rebate + $750 Coupon + 0% interest ... :) I think all together it was almost $4900 below sticker and no interest finance.

was afraid someone would say that... kinda figured. However, can anyone tell me if they know this to be the case or pattern with ford in the past?

They are really just "pamplets, not the thick brochure you get from the dealership showing off all features, etc. It kinda depressed me really it was so thin and just marketing matierial. But the back page of the mustang was the entire coupon/ ford cash offer. Can't miss it!

My coupon came in email not the pamphlet.
