I am running a 1996 mustang gt 4.6 , turbo with a stage 3 chip. Can anyone tell me what is the best tuners for an amature?

 

since your car has a turbocharger, I think you need to work with a professional tuner; most likely whoever tuned the car for the turbo; I would not mess with it myself, unless you are talking about very simple things like adjusting the rear gear ration or tire size
