That is one butt ugly car. In the link there's nothing but some ugly 2ft tall air intake under that ugly scoop. The interior is stock upfront and removed in the rear.

Where's the drag part? It looks like a stock 425hp hemi with a butt ugly scoop and no rear carpet/seat.
