When Its Time To Clean With Do I Do
Hi Guys (Newbie Here)
Just got my '08 Bullitt Sat.12th.
Haven't clean it YET. However when its time what the heck do I do
Let me tell you guys I was born and bread in good ol' Brooklyn, N.Y.
and I got back to when I had my beautiful 1955 Chevy Convert.
Man, what a car.
So when I wanted to wash and polish her. I simply drove down near Dyker Golf Course opened up a JOHNNY PUMP (FIGHER HYDRONE) got my bucket out and soaped-her up and I was good to go.
The years flew by and now its 2008 and I can't open-up any Johnny Pumps here in Las Vegas (I'll get arrested...lol)
Finally 2 the point: How & What would you guys do when its time to wash/clean/polish your new car that has NEVER BEEN CLEANED?
Examples:
1. What products are the best for my cars finish ?
2. How do I ELLIMINATE the SWIRLS on the car after washing it ?
3. What wash/soap product is best?
4. What polish is best ?
Finally just what is all the stuff I need to do the job CORRECTLY?
THANKS 4 PUTTING UP WITH ME GUYS
GOD BLESS YOU ALL

The most important part is properly washing and drying your car. If you can do that, you eliminate many of the swirling and scratching issues. It's all about technique.
Please PM if you have any questions about anything. I'm more than willing to help when it comes to taking care of your ride.

Hey I just went to a detailing class at Meguiars today. We actually talked about this subject in the class. Here is a link to their forums. I wish I had went to their site when I first bought my black Stang.....would have saved me alot of work now getting swirls out. There is alot to read on there but it will benefit you later.
